Not an engagement letter
Nothing on this site is an engagement letter. Reading the site, sending a form or emailing us does not create an accountant-client relationship.
That relationship starts only when you and the firm sign an engagement letter.
Texas law
Texas law governs these terms and any dispute about this site.
Disputes
A dispute that cannot be resolved by talking will be settled by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas.
You and the firm each waive the right to bring or take part in a class action or a representative action.
An arbitrator decides the dispute, not a court or a jury. A court may enforce the arbitrator's award.
